These terms apply to purchases from SimpleFix by customers ordering for delivery in the United States. The seller is Antmas Media UG. Please review these terms, the product description, and the applicable shipping, return, and privacy information before placing your order.

2. Contract language and placing an order

Orders placed in English through the U.S. store are concluded in English. Before you submit an order, you can review and correct your details using the options provided at checkout. By selecting the final order button, you accept our offer for the items shown and agree to pay the total displayed at checkout. We will send you an order confirmation by email.

3. Products and personalization

Product descriptions identify the available sizes and personalization options. Please review your personalization carefully before placing your order. Personalized products are made to your specifications.

4. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices in the U.S. store are shown in U.S. dollars. The available payment methods, shipping charge, any applicable sales tax collected at checkout, and the order total are shown before you place your order. The available payment methods may vary by order and device.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from Germany. Shipping to the United States costs $29.95 per order. Import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. Any delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Tracking information is provided when the order ships.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you of the delay and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a full, prompt refund where required.

6. Returns and order problems

License plate holders may be returned within 30 days after delivery if you change your mind. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For a voluntary return due to a change of mind, we refund the item price, but not the original shipping charge, subject to applicable law. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days or sooner if applicable law requires. You may request a written copy of this return policy by contacting us.

Personalized plates are not eligible for return solely because you change your mind. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us so we can address the problem. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
